What has been your experience using OptiBond Universal 360 in clinical practice?

My experience has been very positive. It’s easy to handle and quite reliable in different cases. I feel confident using it, and it gives consistent results without any complications, improving both patient comfort and practitioner peace of mind.

 

Which specific benefits or features stand out most to you?

The bottle design really stands out for me. Being able to use it with one hand and control the amount helps reduce waste. I also like how it works well with different bonding techniques and provides a strong bond on both enamel and dentin. Additionally, using it to bond zirconia crowns has made the process much easier and more predictable.

 

How would you describe its impact on your daily workflow or patient outcomes?

It has made my workflow smoother and more efficient. There are fewer steps, and I feel less concerned about technique sensitivity. Clinically, I’ve noticed zero post-operative sensitivity and overall more predictable results.

An in-vitro study conducted by Dr. Sibel Antonson at NOVA Southeastern University demonstrated that OptiBond Universal 360 outperforms or matches competitors in shear bond strength (SBS). When combined with Maxcem Elite, its SBS equals or surpasses competitive adhesive/cement combinations.
